Why Food, Wine&Art?
While writing my PhD (archaeology) I met wine: both as real object (I started my wine education) and as an object of research.
I was stunned by the antiquity of those rituals dealing with drinking and eating, so important to be able to shape ancient and modern cultures.
Therefore, I decided to combine the artistic & archaeological narrative with the one of food and wine history & traditions, to create a particular way to approach cultural tours: discovering, learning together with eating and tasting.
History, art and archaeology are multifaceted and to be include the history of sharing/offering food and wine.
My Art& Wine tours was born!
